The International Automobile Federation (FIA) has announced the approval of renowned car manufacturer Cadillac as the 11th team to join the Formula 1 World Championship in 2026. Highlighting the significance of this agreement in signaling positive development for the sport, Formula 1 President and CEO Stefano Domenicali expressed, “2026 will be another exciting year for Formula 1!” Cadillac, a luxury vehicle brand under American automaker General Motors (GM), has previously participated in various motor racing events, including NASCAR.
