Then, they must submit the application letter to the relevant Provincial/District Directorates within the specified periods. For parcels of 50 decares and above to be eligible for fertilizer support, farmers must have soil analysis done in authorized laboratories. If farmers have fields in more than one district, they must apply to the directorate of the province/district where they reside.
