Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that they are ready to offer the U.S. an opportunity to collaborate in the rare earth element sector.

While Ukraine prepares to sign a natural resources agreement with the U.S., Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia has far more reserves than Ukraine. In a historic statement, the Russian leader said, “We are happy to work with any foreign partner, including Americans.”
