The French government is planning to go to Washington with Ukrainian leader Zelensky and UK Prime Minister Starmer.

Sophie Primas, spokesperson for the French government, spoke to journalists after the cabinet meeting.

The spokesperson announced that as diplomatic efforts to end Russia’s war against Ukraine intensify, President Emmanuel Macron is considering a joint visit to Washington with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

Primas stated, “It is believed that President Macron may go back to Washington with President Zelensky and his British counterpart.”
