The company revealed that it has reached a non-binding agreement to develop a range of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and exchange-traded investment products under the Truth.Fi brand. According to a statement released on Monday, these ETFs will be offered through Crypto.com’s broker-dealer Foris Capital US LLC and will encompass a combination of digital assets and traditional securities. Bitcoin (BTC) and Crypto.com’s platform token Cronos (CRO) will be featured prominently among the assets of these funds. The new investment products are expected to cater particularly to investors focused on the US economy. CEO of Trump Media, Devin Nunes, emphasized that this initiative aims to provide investors with options that align with the principles of the “America First” approach. Nunes stated, “We aim to support innovative crypto ventures and great American companies without the distractions of political stances.” Kris Marszalek, Co-Founder and CEO of Crypto.com, highlighted the significance of this partnership for the industry, stating, “These ETFs offer a broader range of options to consumers from a brand with a dedicated following. They will be accessible in the Crypto.com app for more than 140 million users after the launch.” TMTG also plans to offer Truth.Fi Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) financed from the company’s cash reserves. It was announced that this financial endeavor will be supported by a $250 million investment managed by Charles Schwab. The launch of the new ETFs is expected to take place later this year, with plans for the products to be traded in major markets such as the US, Europe, and Asia.
