According to Russia’s TASS news agency, the statement included, “First, the revival of Russia-U.S. relations, then restoration will be needed.” The Kremlin also noted that Russia and the U.S. primarily discussed their own relationship during the meeting in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia yesterday.
