The application deadline for Emlak Konut’s Profitable Investment Campaign has been extended from March 23 to April 27. The Profitable Investment Campaign, which started on February 19, received great interest. Within a month, over 2,000 out of 4,500 homes were sold in advance in 25 projects in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir. More than 250,000 people filled out forms on the website to inquire about the campaign, with over 96,000 calls made to customer service and over 22,000 visits to sales offices. Due to the high demand from citizens, the deadline for the campaign, which was originally March 23, has been extended until April 27, 2025.
