The Privatization Administration has approved the sale of some real estate in Ankara. The Privatization Administration Presidency (ÖİB) has granted approval for the sale of three properties in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara. Notices regarding this matter by the ÖİB have been published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the property located in the Susuz Neighborhood of Yenimahalle district, registered in the name of the Treasury under the privatization scope and program, has been deemed suitable for sale to Mehmet Ali Uruç, who offered the highest bid of 24 million liras in the auction. Likewise, another property in the same neighborhood, which received the highest bid of 19 million 300 thousand liras from Kayaburun Tourism, Transportation, Construction, Cleaning, Food, Real Estate, Automotive, Import, Export, Industry, Commerce Ltd. Co., has been approved for sale. The company has also been given approval to acquire another property in the same neighborhood for 10 million 750 thousand liras.
