Central Bank Reserves Increased

The total reserves of the Central Bank increased from $169,915 million to $171,082 million last week.

The Central Bank announced its weekly money-bank statistics.

According to the information, as of March 14th, the Central Bank’s gross foreign exchange reserves rose by $267 million to reach $98,069 million. The gross foreign exchange reserves were at $97,802 million on March 7th. During this period, gold reserves also increased by $1,900 million from $72,113 million to $74,013 million. As a result, the total reserves of the Central Bank increased by $1,167 million from $169,915 million to $171,082 million in the week of March 14th compared to the previous week.
