Chicken head found in sausage, no milk in cheese!

The trend of food terrorism is not slowing down. A new list has revealed the tricks used in cheese, olive oil, and lahmacun. Goat and sheep milk could not be detected in the old kasar cheese. It was determined that chicken head was found in sucuk, and poultry meat was used in lahmacun. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has updated the list of foods that are adulterated or pose a health risk. Additionally, a new approach has been taken in the list. As part of the regulation, information has been published under two headings for products where adulteration or tampering has been confirmed. Thus, the list of adulterated or tampered products will include cases where a different substance is used in place of the listed substance. Products like oils mixed with different fats and sold as olive oil will be disclosed on this list. Adulterated or tampered products, on the other hand, will cover the use of all or part of the key elements and nutritional values in a manner that is contrary to regulations. Products like butter with a fat content lower than the limit specified in the regulations will be included on the list. Furthermore, 39 more products have been added to the list. 25 products have been added to the list of adulterated or tampered-1, 9 products to the list of adulterated or tampered-2, and 5 products to the list of foods that pose a health risk. The new lists have exposed the tricks used in cheese, olive oil, and honey. The use of chicken head in beef sucuk, poultry meat in lahmacun, and banned dye in seasoning have raised concerns.
