President of the Association of Tobacco Distributors, Erol Dündar, announced the price hike on his social media account. As of the new week, another company has also raised the price of cigarettes. Last week, two companies had already increased the prices of their products. With the latest increase, the price of a cigarette that was 72 lira is now 80 lira. The cheapest cigarette now costs 75 lira, while the most expensive cigarette is priced at 110 lira.
