In Gaziantep’s district of Islahiye, a collision between a light commercial vehicle and a car resulted in 2 people being injured. The accident took place at the Islahiye Bus Station Junction on the Nurdağı-Hatay highway. Allegedly, due to a power outage, the traffic lights were not working at the intersection when the collision occurred between the light commercial vehicle with license plate 06 DFD 524 driven by Ahmet Ç. and the car with license plate 11 ABR 570 driven by Tolga Ö. Both drivers were injured in the accident. The injured drivers were taken to Islahiye State Hospital after the initial medical intervention by the health teams on the scene. It was reported that the injured are currently receiving treatment. An investigation has been initiated by the police department regarding the accident.
