The transfer of BP’s operations in Turkey to the Petrol Ofisi company has been finalized. The brand transformation process of 770 stations will be completed by November 2026.

With the completion of the dissolution process of BP Petrolleri AŞ (BP) without liquidation, the Petrol Ofisi Group officially became the owner of all rights and obligations. According to a statement from Petrol Ofisi, the merger, which was registered on February 28 by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office, transferred all rights and obligations of BP Petrolleri AŞ to Petrol Ofisi. The merger process of BP Petrolleri AŞ under the umbrella of Petrol Ofisi AŞ was officially completed on February 28. TRANSFORMATION TO BE COMPLETED BY 2026 BP’s fuel dealers, as of March 1, continue their activities under the Petrol Ofisi distributor license.

In this context, fuel purchases from stations operating under the BP brand and Petrol Ofisi brand are continuing in the same way. The brand transformation process of retail fuel stations will be completed by November 1, 2026. The name of BP’s 770 stations in Turkey will be changed to Petrol Ofisi.
