Urgent expropriation works will be carried out for projects in some districts of Denizli, Gaziantep, Malatya, Mersin, Sakarya, and Sivas. Decisions by the President regarding urgent expropriation for some projects have come into effect after being published in the Official Gazette. According to this, some immovables will be urgently expropriated by the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) General Directorate within the scope of the Mersin Pamukluk Dam Drinking Water Supply Line project under the Mersin-Tarsus Project. It was decided by the General Directorate of Highways for urgent expropriation of some immovables and their attachments in some places within the scope of the Gaziantep State Road Nurdağı-Musabeyli Junction Project to complete road construction works. For the construction of the Sarıca Drinking Water Transmission Line Project in Gürün and Kangal districts of Sivas and the Kuluncak district of Malatya to meet the drinking and domestic water needs, some immovables will be urgently expropriated by the Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration General Directorate. It was decided by the Mayor of Akyazı for urgent expropriation of some immovables and their attachments in Inönü Neighborhood of Akyazı district in Sakarya for the realization of the Akyazı Kızılelma National Garden Project. Within the scope of the “Legacy for the Future Project,” some immovables in Denizli’s Buldan district for completion of the Tripolis Ancient City Reception Center and related works will be urgently expropriated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
