The campaign will offer low interest rates and down payment-free options. Citizens will be presented with three different payment options for purchasing a house. The campaign will be valid for more than 25 projects in Istanbul, Ankara, Denizli, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir. The first model includes a reduced installment option without a down payment. Citizens can become homeowners without a down payment and the installments will decrease every month. A monthly interest rate of 0.99% with a repayment option of up to 60 months will be offered. In the second model, Emlak Konut will cover the installment payments for the first 12 months. Those who want to own a house will be able to pass the first year without paying installments. This way, buyers will gain a total of 12% profit. Additionally, a monthly interest rate of 1.29% with a repayment option of up to 60 months will be provided. In the third model, Emlak Konut will offer a leasing-supported financing model to those who want to own a house. This model will have a long-term and flexible payment option. As part of this campaign, for example, in Istanbul, you can own a dream house worth 6 million lira with starting installments of 61,698 lira per month for 60 months. Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, had announced yesterday that two new campaigns would be launched. Kurum stated that a social housing campaign for low-income citizens would begin at the end of the year. Minister Kurum mentioned that with the Emlak Konut campaign, suitable repayment terms, either with low down payment or no down payment, would be offered to middle-income citizens.
