According to Wired, DOGE, established during Donald Trump’s presidency, aims to significantly increase the efficiency of the General Services Administration (GSA) using artificial intelligence assistance.

With approximately 12,000 employees, the GSA is responsible for a wide range of areas from building and IT infrastructure to contracts and procurement processes for the US government.

The Joe Biden administration had issued instructions for cautious use of artificial intelligence technologies in US government agencies due to potential security risks.

However, throughout Biden’s term, approval for the use of these tools was not granted.

TRUMP LIFTS ALL RESTRICTIONS

In contrast, Donald Trump takes a completely different approach to artificial intelligence.

By an executive order issued on January 23, he lifted all restrictions that could hinder the US from becoming a global leader in artificial intelligence, including existing legal regulations.

During this process, Elon Musk remains one of Trump’s most important business partners.
