Emlak Katılım provided 149 billion lira in financial support to the Turkish economy in 2024. The bank’s net profit increased by 70% to 8.7 billion lira. Emlak Katılım shared its financial results for the year 2024, revealing that by the end of the year, its total assets had grown to 228 billion lira, funds collected to 167 billion lira, and funds disbursed to 116 billion lira. With a 70% increase compared to 2023, the bank achieved a net profit of 8.7 billion lira, offering 149 billion lira in financial support to the Turkish economy. The volume of lease certificates (sukuk) issued domestically by Emlak Katılım increased by 77% from the previous year to reach 31.4 billion lira. The bank reported having a 33% share in the sector’s sukuk issuances as an intermediary. Continuing to support its customers in 2024 with new products and financing packages adhering to participation finance principles, Emlak Katılım participated as a solution partner in the Deposit Management System (DYS) project. In order to enhance work productivity, reduce costs, provide uninterrupted service, and save time, Emlak Katılım continued to increase its investments in digital banking in 2024.
