In February, Erzurum ranked 33rd nationwide with 731 housing sales in Turkey. Housing sales across Turkey increased by 20.1% in February compared to the same month the previous year, reaching 112,818. The provinces with the highest number of housing sales were Istanbul with 19,347, Ankara with 10,791, and Izmir with 6,899, while the provinces with the lowest number were Ardahan with 24, Tunceli with 70, and Bayburt with 73. Erzurum ranked 33rd in the country in housing sales for February. Out of the 731 housing units sold in Erzurum in February, 79 were mortgaged and 65 were from other categories. 259 were resales, while 472 were new housing sales. In the same period in 2024, there were 693 housing sales in the city.
