Expressing satisfaction with the establishment of a transitional government in Syria, the Foreign Ministry conveyed its support to the Damascus administration. In a statement regarding the formation of a transitional government in Syria, the Foreign Ministry expressed its contentment. Emphasizing their satisfaction with the National Dialogue Conference and the release of the Constitutional Declaration, the Ministry noted that this step demonstrates Syria’s willingness to advance the political transition process under the leadership and ownership of the Syrian people, with an inclusive approach. The Foreign Ministry stated that Turkey will continue to support the comprehensive and inclusive political process, a cornerstone for establishing security and stability in Syria. The Ministry added: “During this critical period, it is crucial for the international community to focus their efforts on bringing stability to Syria, starting with the unconditional lifting of sanctions and commencing reconstruction activities in Syria.”
