Hamas Responds to Trump: “Threats Encouraging Netanyahu”

Following US President Donald Trump’s threats on social media, Hamas quickly responded. The Palestinian group stated that Trump’s threats are encouraging Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to withdraw from the ceasefire agreement and intensify attacks.

Hamas announced that President Donald Trump’s threats towards Palestinians are empowering Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to withdraw from the ceasefire agreement and intensify the blockade on Gaza. Hamas Spokesperson Abdullatif El Kanua stated to Reuters, “The best way to release the remaining Israeli prisoners is for the ceasefire to enter its second phase and for Israel to be compelled to adhere to the agreement signed under the auspices of mediators.”

TRUMP’S THREAT TO HAMAS Trump demanded that Hamas immediately release all hostages and even the remains of deceased hostages. In his statement, the US President said, “If the hostages are not released, it will be hell for you. If you don’t do as I say, not a single member of Hamas will be safe. I have spoken with former hostages whose lives you have ruined. This is your final warning.”
