As of January 2025, the dates for the payment of pension differences have become a topic of curiosity following the increase in pension amounts. While the minimum pension has been raised from 12,500 TL to 14,469 TL, this adjustment passed through the parliament’s approval, was published in the Official Gazette, and came into effect. In light of this development, SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees have started researching when the pension differences will be deposited into their accounts. So, have the payment dates for pension differences been determined? When will SSK and Bağ-kur retirees receive their pension adjustment benefits?

For the period of January to July 2025, the increase rate applied to retirees has been set at 15.75% based on the last 6 months of inflation data. Within this adjustment, the minimum pension for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees has been increased from 12,500 TL to 14,469 TL. The purpose of this raise is to increase the purchasing power of retirees while the pension adjustment has been published in the Official Gazette and has come into effect.

In line with the regulation, retirees receiving the lowest pension will be paid a difference of 1,969 TL. This development concerns millions of retirees while the timing of the new pensions and pension differences being deposited into accounts has raised curiosity.

It is expected that SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will receive their pension differences for January 2025 along with the February pension. The pension payments for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will be made between February 17th and 28th, 2025. The 1,969 TL pension difference from January is also expected to be deposited along with the February payment.

Those with a last digit of 9 in their allocation number will receive their pension on the 17th of the month, those ending in 7 on the 18th, those ending in 5 on the 19th, those ending in 3 on the 20th, those ending in 1 on the 21st, those ending in 8 on the 22nd, those ending in 6 on the 23rd, those ending in 4 on the 24th, those ending in 2 on the 25th, and those ending in 0 on the 26th. Those with last digits of 9, 7, and 5 will receive their pensions on the 25th, those with last digits of 3, 1 will receive theirs on the 26th, those with last digits of 8, 6, and 4 on the 27th, and those with last digits of 2 and 0 on the 28th of each month.

Those who receive the retired pension every three months have payment dates as below. Those who receive their pensions monthly in February, May, August, November; Those born between 00-40 on the 1st day of the month, those born between 41-46 on the 2nd day of the month, those born between 47-49 on the 3rd day of the month, those born between 50-53 on the 4th day of the month, those born between 54-99 on the 5th day of the month. For those receiving the pension monthly in March, June, September, December; Those born between 00-22 on the 1st day of the month, those born between 23-28 on the 2nd day of the month, those born between 29-48 on the 3rd day of the month, those born between 49-54 on the 4th day of the month, those born between 55-99 on the 5th day of the month. For those receiving the pension monthly in January, April, July, October; Those born between 00-33 on the 1st day of the month, those born between 34-37 on the 2nd day of the month, those born between 38-40 on the 3rd day of the month, those born between 41-43 on the 4th day of the month, those born between 44-99 on the 5th day of the month.
