During the 6-month period of the hazelnut export season, revenue exceeding 1.5 billion dollars was achieved. The Black Sea Hazelnut and Products Exporters’ Association announced the data for the period of September 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, for the 2024-2025 export season. According to the statement, 186,828 tons of hazelnuts were sold abroad for 1 billion 520 million dollars during these dates. In the same period of the previous season, a revenue of 1 billion 209 million dollars was generated from the export of 167,125 tons of hazelnuts.
