In December, industrial production saw a monthly increase of 5 percent, marking the fastest growth since March 2023. The Turkish Statistical Institute has released the industrial production data for December. Industrial production rose by 7 percent annually in December. During this period, the mining and quarrying sector index increased by 1.8 percent, the manufacturing industry sector index by 6.8 percent, and the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning production and distribution sector index by 11.4 percent. Monthly growth in industrial production rose by 5 percent.
