According to the Israeli news site Ynet, although Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not expected to attend as part of efforts to maintain relations with Moscow, Israel has been invited to the meeting. Instead, Israel will be represented by Russian Ambassador Simona Halperin.
