Turkey’s İş Bankası has renewed the İşCep mobile banking application, which is visited 20 million times a day by over 6 million users and has more than 750 functions. The smart, personalized, and innovative finance and lifestyle application İşCep is now personalized according to users’ habits and needs, becoming “SenCep” for each of its 15 million users with easily accessible menus and offers.

Turkey’s İş Bankası has updated İşCep, which is constantly developed to add value to customers’ lives using the power of technology, with version 10.0 on its 100th anniversary. The smart, personalized, and innovative finance and lifestyle application İşCep has transformed into “SenCep” with a customizable homepage, easily accessible menus, and user-friendly features for its 15 million users. İşCep, with its “sen version,” where the homepage becomes personalized according to users’ most frequent transactions, habits, and needs, is visited 20 million times a day by over 6 million users, offering a unique experience. Quick and easy access to frequently used features is provided.

Users of İşCep are greeted with their names on the first login screen. Users can quickly and easily access account information, add and remove their most frequently used features on pages, as well as track exchange rates, investment portfolios, expenditures, quick money transfers, upcoming payments, and recent transactions on the homepage. The newly personalized İşCep offers users monthly recurring payments, installment options for credit card-related payments, deferrals, and other personalized recommendations.

With services ranging from shopping to car valuation, access to parking spaces, and calling a home repair service, the İşCep Life platform is also positioned on the new İşCep homepage. In İşCep Life, which is expected to be visited by more than 5 million users by 2024, users have recorded over 800,000 vehicles and more than 125,000 homes.

Commercial customers can conduct their transactions seamlessly and with the best experience with the new İşCep. Various commercial transactions such as foreign exchange transfers, salary payments, commercial credit cards, invoices, loans, taxes, card payments, POS transactions, check-bill transactions, and foreign trade can be completed in one place. SMEs, under Open Banking, can follow account transactions related to other bank accounts they provide access to and the current accounts at İş Bankası for the past 12 months. With Linkle Tahsilat that turns their mobile phones into POS machines, SMEs can receive fast payments from both domestic and international sources.

The bank aims to proactively meet customer needs with partnerships like Dijikolay, integrated services, and innovative solutions beyond traditional banking services. Ceren Sayar, Turkey İş Bankası’s Digital Banking Director, stated that the new İşCep understands its users very well, guiding them proactively in the application to ensure they receive the desired service quickly and smoothly. Sayar emphasized the goal of enabling customers to perform all their transactions with the best experience in both their financial transactions and daily lives on İşCep, stating that it is not the latest version of İşCep, but “your version.” They will continue to enrich İşCep with new value-added services by keeping customers’ needs and expectations at the forefront.
