Israel breaks ceasefire: bombs rain down on Gaza all night

The cease-fire in the Gaza Strip has been unilaterally broken by the Israeli army, with the bombardment continuing. Intense attacks were carried out in many areas of Gaza during the night, with at least 19 Palestinians losing their lives in the southern cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah.

GROUND OPERATION IN NORTHERN GAZA

Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation warning to residents of the Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood in the west of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip via his social media account.

Adraee stated that an attack had been launched in the area. In his social media post, Adraee also mentioned, “The Israeli army continues its ground operation in the northern Gaza region. The army began operations in the Beit Hanoun area of Northern Gaza yesterday to target Hamas infrastructure and expand the defense area in the region. The army allows the evacuation of Palestinian civilians from the conflict zone to ensure their safety.”
