Israeli army killed over 500 children in Gaza in 21 days

The Israeli army broke the ceasefire and has reported that 505 children have lost their lives in attacks on Gaza since March 18th, with 1,249 children being wounded. The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza provided information on the consequences of the severe attacks by the Israeli army on Gaza. The statement indicated that 505 children have lost their lives and 1,249 children have been wounded in the attacks carried out by Israel since March 18th. It was also mentioned that 271 women and 86 elderly individuals lost their lives in Israeli attacks. The death toll from Israeli attacks on Gaza has reached 1391 since March 18th, and 50,752 people have died since October 7, 2023.

By breaking the ceasefire, Israel escalated the intensity of the attacks, resuming violent assaults in the Gaza Strip on the morning after the ceasefire came into effect on January 19th. Since Israel restarted its attacks, mainly elderly, women, and children, a total of 1391 Palestinians lost their lives, and 3,434 people were injured. The number of Palestinians killed in the attacks on the Gaza Strip by Israel since October 7, 2023, reached 50,752, with 115,475 people injured. Israel, breaking the ceasefire and rejecting new ceasefire proposals, announced that they would now act with “increasing military force” against Hamas. In response, Hamas accused Israel of not keeping its promises, failing to fulfill its responsibilities in front of mediators, and restarting genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. Israel’s attacks on Gaza began to attract attention under the shadow of controversial political steps, such as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s dismissal of the Shin-Bet Director of Internal Intelligence.
