Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced yesterday that Russian and American delegations would meet in Istanbul on February 27 to discuss mutual embassy operations. Last week, the delegations had discussions in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, regarding finding a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine and preparations for a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump.
