The Competition Board imposed an administrative fine of approximately 13 million lira on Mackolik for two separate violations. The Board determined that Mackolik Internet Services Inc. violated competition laws by imposing customer restrictions on advertising agencies that are buyers under the advertising and service sales contract.

As a result of the decision, the company was fined 7,422,998 lira. Additionally, it was noted that the company abused its dominant position by discriminating against enterprises operating in the online video advertising and referral services market and the online fixed odds betting sector.

Therefore, a fine of 5,567,248 lira was imposed in this regard.
