March inflation data to be released today

The Turkish Statistical Institute will announce the inflation data for March today.
Economists participating in the AA Finance Inflation Expectation Survey predict that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 2.87% in March. Based on the average inflation expectations for March (2.87%), economists forecast that the annual inflation, which was 39.05% the previous month, will decrease to 38.66%, with their end-of-2025 inflation expectation reaching 30.62% as of March.
In February, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 2.27% on a monthly basis, while the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) increased by 2.12%. The annual inflation rates were 39.05% for consumer prices and 25.21% for domestic producer prices.
