The Ministry of Trade has announced its new mobile application to combat price gouging increases.

The Ministry of Trade stated that they will fight unfair price increases with the Price Gouging Reporting mobile application alongside citizens. In the announcement from the Ministry, it was reported that by adding new modules to the Price Gouging Reporting mobile application, the aim is to allow citizens to instantly and effectively report unfair price increases they encounter through an innovative mobile application and ensure prompt action is taken. Citizens will be able to quickly report any negative experiences through the mobile application. The reports made through the application will be logged and forwarded to the relevant authorities. The announcement stated that each reported incident will be thoroughly investigated and if necessary, intervention will be coordinated with other relevant institutions.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE PRICE GOUGING REPORTING APPLICATION? The Price Gouging Reporting application can be downloaded from mobile application stores. When submitting a report, up to 5 photos can be uploaded, and location and description can be included.
