The era of unauthorized ads for housing and vehicles is coming to an end. The 2-month transition period for authorization verification through the Electronic Ad Verification System (EİDS) for vehicle ads by the Ministry of Commerce has ended. As for housing ads, the deadline is April 7th.

ATTENTION TO THOSE PLACING VEHICLE ADS! In the new era, authorization verification will become mandatory for ads. Vehicle ads on platforms can only be placed by the vehicle owner, first and second-degree relatives, or by authorized businesses with certified documentation. Vehicle owners will authorize auto gallery businesses to place ads through e-Government for them. As of April 1st, vehicle ads cannot be placed on ad platforms without authorization verification. Second-hand motor vehicle trading cannot be entered by auto gallery businesses without a trading license. THE HOUSING ERA BEGINS ON APRIL 7th Authorization application for housing ads will start from April 7th onwards. Property owners will be able to grant authorization for real estate ads through e-Government. As of this date, ads by real estate agents without an authorization certificate will be removed. Additionally, permission may be given to publish ads to multiple real estate agents. This regulation will cover all ads placed in the electronic environment, including social media.
