Nun Assaulted with a Punch During the Ritual in the U.S.
In a cathedral in the state of Washington, a nun was punched during a ritual.
A priest, David Gaines, was attacked during a ritual at Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral in Spokane, Washington in the United States.
According to the security camera footage, a man sitting in the front rows during the ritual suddenly stood up and punched the priest. While Father Gaines was injured, the 40-year-old assailant was subdued with the help of others intervening.
The police stated that the reason for the attack is still unknown, and the assailant has been arrested, with warrants for serious crimes pending against him.
