The White Mansion, which is among the most expensive structures in the Bosphorus, along with the Brown Mansion, has been put up for sale. Koza-Altın İşletmeleri announced that the starting price for the auction was set at 950 million lira. Two mansions owned by Koza-İpek Holding, which is owned by FETÖ fugitive Akın İpek, were put up for sale. The mansions, seized by TMSF along with all companies after July 15, were transferred to the Wealth Fund last August. Koza-Altın İşletmeleri announced that the mansions would be sold through an auction in a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform. The White Mansion and Brown Mansion located in Bebek, Istanbul, were offered for sale last year for 750 million lira. This year, the starting price for the auction was set at 950 million lira. The auction date was set for May 6.

The statement from Koza-Altın İşletmeleri used the following expressions:

“Our company has decided unanimously to establish a ‘Auction Commission’ to draw up the real estate sales specification and manage the auction process for the sale of our real estate located at Bebek Mahallesi 1259 island 132-133 parcels in Beşiktaş District of Istanbul Province, for an upset price of not less than 950 million lira + VAT, and to hold the auction with open bidding-auction method on 06.05.2025 at 14:00 at our company’s address, Uğur Mumcu neighborhood FSM Boulevard N310 Yenimahalle Ankara.”

FEATURES OF THE MANSIONS: There are 2 buildings on parcel 1259 island 132 that are subject to sale. The ‘White Mansion’, which is a second-degree historic structure, consists of two basement floors, ground floor, one normal floor, roof floor, and terrace, with a gross closed usage area of 695 square meters and a terrace of 208 square meters. The other building, named the Brown Mansion, consists of a ground floor and a normal floor, with a gross 230 square meters of closed usage area. Akın İpek, who lives in England as a FETÖ fugitive, had lost two cases he filed against Turkey in international arbitration courts.
