According to a report on Bloomberg, it was stated that artificial intelligence regulations could have a negative impact on the competition with China. The company called for rules to be relaxed for artificial intelligence companies working with official authorities. Trump, who canceled the Biden administration’s artificial intelligence plan, had instructed for a new artificial intelligence decree plan to be prepared by July. In addition, it was noted that the government needs to take steps to support artificial intelligence infrastructure investments. Among the requests was access to health information for artificial intelligence companies, including data held by the state. OpenAI reported that if Chinese developers have unlimited access to data while American companies lack fair access, the artificial intelligence race would effectively end.
