Last year, the Digital Tax Office processed a total of 12,189,318 transactions. The number of taxpayers benefiting from the e-invoice application reached 1,565,603. The utilization of electronic services introduced by the Revenue Administration (RA) to expedite transactions has been revealed. According to the data, the number of taxpayers using the e-invoice application increased by 41.3% from 1,107,692 to 1,565,603 compared to the previous year. Additionally, the number of taxpayers benefiting from the e-archive application surged by 40.9% to 1,549,138 during that period. In 2023, a total of 1,099,468 taxpayers utilized the e-archive application. There was also an increase in the transition to the e-ledger application, with the number of taxpayers using it rising from 695,352 in the previous year to 781,584 in 2024. Moreover, the number of taxpayers benefiting from the e-waybill application reached 402,985 last year. This was a significant increase from the 284,634 taxpayers utilizing this application in the previous year. The total number of transactions processed by the Digital Tax Office last year was 12,189,318. The number of e-delivery notifications also saw a 60% increase from the previous year, reaching 36,334,658.
