President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was welcomed with an official ceremony at the Prime Minister’s Office in Malaysia by Prime Minister Enver Ibrahim during his official visit to the country.

President Erdogan was accompanied by his wife Emine Erdogan, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar, National Defense Minister Yasar Guler, Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacir, Agriculture and Forestry Minister Ibrahim Yumakli, Trade Minister Omer Bolat, Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States Binali Yildirim, and President’s Foreign Policy and Security Advisor Akif Cagatay Kilic. After the national anthems of both countries were played, President Erdogan greeted the honor guard and the Malaysian delegation. President Erdogan and Prime Minister Ibrahim will participate in a signing ceremony for agreements and a joint press conference following their bilateral and delegation meetings.
