Citizens who want to own a house can benefit from their desired option.There will be 3 different models for the payment plan. According to the first model, financing up to 120 months will be provided using the leasing method through Emlak Participation Bank.According to the second model, Emlak Konut will cover the installment payments for 1 year. Your installment payments will start from the 13th month, or you can buy a house through borrowing from Emlak Konut with an installment term of up to 60 months with a 1.29 term difference.The third model involves installment sales without an initial deposit. In this condition, you will start installment payments directly without any down payment, and the installment amounts will decrease every month. In this condition, a term difference of 0.99 will be applied for installment terms of up to 60 months.Applications will be made through the open sales method. Citizens can visit sales offices to complete the purchase process.
