The Ministry of Trade has banned the sale of a bag with a high amount of lead detected. Through authorized organizations conducting market surveillance and inspection activities, the Ministry of Trade continues to announce unsafe products identified in the Unsafe Product Information System. Following the inspections, the Ministry found that the use of a bag was unhealthy. The decision was made to ban the sale and recall the product from the market. The Diakakiç branded school bag was found to contain lead above the permissible limits.
