Russia Strikes Ukraine: 9 Children Among 19 Dead

Russia launched an airstrike on Ukraine’s city of Kriviy Rig, resulting in the deaths of at least 18 people, including 9 children.
The Russian Defense Ministry made statements about the attack, claiming that Ukrainian commanders and Western trainers meeting in a restaurant in the city were targeted with high-explosive missiles.
The Ministry’s announcement included phrases such as “85 soldiers and officers, along with 20 vehicles, were targeted.” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also commented on the attack after its occurrence.
Taking to his social media account, the Ukrainian leader said, “Russia does not want a ceasefire, and we see that. The whole world sees it.” Kriviy Rig is also known as the city where Zelensky was born.
