Images of the eagerly awaited Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7’s CAD render have surfaced. The Galaxy Z Fold 7’s remarkably thinner profile has caught attention. The South Korean tech giant continues to work on the foldable phone set to be released this year, the Galaxy Fold 7.
Known for reliable industry leaks worldwide, Onleaks shared render images of the book-style foldable phone online. The leaked images showcase a design similar to the current model but much thinner in appearance.
The phone with angular lines prominently features three vertically aligned cameras. While offering a thinner and lighter design, this new model aims to enhance durability with an improved hinge mechanism.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and have a battery capacity of 4,400 mAh. Additionally, with S Pen support, users can further enhance their writing and drawing experience. The device will provide an expansive viewing area with a 6.5-inch external screen and an 8-inch internal folding screen.
Camera features come with significant improvements; capturing high-quality photos will be possible with the main camera boasting 200 MP resolution. Samsung has not yet made an official statement regarding the release date of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. However, according to industry leaks, the device is expected to be launched in June 2025. Although the sales price of the device is yet to be confirmed, experts are making some guesses based on the prices of previous models.
It is estimated that the 256 GB storage option of the Galaxy Z Fold 7, the lowest storage variant, will be priced at $1,899.
