Stolen and Swallowed: Earrings Worth 29 Million Liras Returned!

In the United States, earrings worth approximately 769,000 dollars (20 million liras) stolen by a thief who then swallowed them were returned to the store. The Orlando Police Department in the U.S. issued a statement about the investigation into a theft at a famous jewelry store on February 26th.
The thief, named Jaythan Gilder, was reported to have acted like an assistant to a basketball player in the National Basketball Association (NBA) to view the special collection jewelry in the store. The statement mentioned that this person later distracted officials and escaped with earrings worth about 769,000 dollars and a ring worth 575,000 dollars.
The statement indicated that Gilder, who fled in his car, was shortly apprehended. The statement noted that during an X-ray examination, it was determined that the stolen earrings were in his stomach, and the thief was kept under observation at the hospital for days. The statement shared that after the earrings were naturally excreted from the thief’s body and confirmed by authorities, they were returned to the store.
