The campaign initiated by Emlak Konut GYO in 25 projects in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir garnered interest from citizens looking to become homeowners. According to Emlak Konut’s announcement, out of the 4,500 units allocated for the campaign, 1,623 units were sold in the first week. Following the start of the campaign, 213,409 people filled out forms to receive detailed information within a week. Customer services received 84,261 calls, and the number of visitors to sales offices exceeded 13,000. Among the projects that garnered the most interest in the campaign are Yenisehir Homes in Arnavutkoy, New Fikirtepe, North Islands, Park Living Cınarkoy, Park Living Antalya, and Balikesir Emlak Konutları. THREE DIFFERENT FINANCING MODELS The campaign offers three different financing models to citizens. The Down Payment-Free Decreasing Installment Model provides a monthly installment option for up to 60 months with a 0.99% interest rate, while in the First 12 Months Payment-Free Model, Emlak Konut covers the installment payments for the first 12 months, allowing buyers to benefit from installments for up to 60 months with a 1.29% interest rate. In collaboration with Emlak Katılım Bankası, the Leasing-Supported Financing Model provides financing for the entire house without a down payment or with an optional down payment, offering a 120-month term.
