Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu responded to questions in an interview on NTV. Uraloğlu stated that with the super fast train project, the journey between Istanbul and Ankara will be reduced to 80 minutes.

NTV correspondent Sibel Can directed questions about current issues to Minister Uraloğlu in a special interview held in Gaziantep.

GOOGLE’S ALGORITHM CHANGE “We have had discussions, they insist they haven’t made any changes but our users in Turkey are saying they have been affected by the latest updates, and that it’s not correct. We have legal rights, and we will follow up and support this matter, we are monitoring the situation. The Competition Board has already issued fines. Discussions are ongoing.” WILL ROBLOX AND DISCORD BE UNBLOCKED? Discussions are ongoing for Roblox and Discord, they were closed by court order, so it’s possible for them to reopen with a new court order. Once a court decision is made, we will take necessary actions.

DELIVERY OF FIRST DOMESTIC SUBURBAN TRAIN We had started production of many rail systems. We had built our electric train. Now, we will put the prototype of our train that will go at 225 km/h on the tracks next year. We no longer have the possibility to handle urban traffic with rubber-wheeled vehicles. We need to return to rail systems. ANKARA-ISTANBUL SUPER FAST TRAIN We have begun the project of the super fast train that will depart from Ankara and directly connect to Istanbul via Akyazı. It will travel at a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The transport time between the two cities will be 80 minutes. I can say this is top-notch technology. Hopefully, we will also make it domestic and national.
