The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has imposed a temporary trading ban on 3 individuals for a period of 6 months. According to the CMB bulletin, the Board issued the ban on 3 individuals due to reasonable suspicion of committing the act specified in Article 107/1 of Law No. 6362 on the Capital Markets while trading on the stock market of Ensari Deri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (ENSRI). The Board decided to implement a temporary trading ban on these individuals in the stock exchanges starting on April 16 in order to prevent transactions aimed at creating an artificial market and to protect the rights and interests of investors.
