Train collides with truck in Germany: 1 dead, 25 injured

In the city of Hamburg in Germany, a collision between a passenger train and a truck resulted in 1 fatality and 25 injuries.
A train accident occurred yesterday in Hamburg, Germany. The truck, carrying tons of steel rails, collided with the train carrying at least 250 passengers due to its heavy load being unable to clear the level crossing on time.
In the accident, a 55-year-old passenger lost their life, and 25 people were injured. With a team of 103 firefighters and emergency responders on duty, some of the injured were airlifted to the hospital.
The truck driver was arrested on charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering railway traffic.
The Hamburg police and federal police have launched an investigation into the incident, with the train line temporarily closed to traffic.
