President of the United States, Donald Trump, announced that a 25% tax will be imposed on cars produced abroad. Trump stated that they will apply at least a 10% customs duty to countries including Turkey.

Following his statement, “I will soon sign a historic executive order,” President Trump faced the cameras.

Trump used the words, “One of the most important days in American history, the announcement of our economic independence, the golden age of the USA is coming.” Donald Trump mentioned that they will apply a 20% customs duty to the European Union and a 25% tax on cars produced in foreign countries.

Trump said, “The U.S. cannot continue its unilateral economic submission policy. We have to look after our own people.”

A 10% customs duty will be imposed on countries, including Turkey, as stated by Trump, “If you want to avoid customs duties, produce in the USA.”

The USA will impose a 24% tax on Japan, 34% on China, 20% on the European Union, and at least 10% on Turkey. Significant points from Trump’s statement include: “The USA can no longer produce enough antibiotics to treat our patients. Do you think the European Union is a friend? They are robbing us, it is very distressing to see.

We will apply a 20% customs duty to the European Union. We will apply at least a 10% customs duty to almost all goods coming to the USA.

To all foreign presidents, prime ministers, kings, queens, ambassadors, and everyone who will soon be requesting exemptions from these taxes, I say end your own taxes, remove your barriers, do not manipulate your currencies.”
