AMERICAN MEDIA: VISIT TO TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY
Reports from American media outlets also confirm the expected White House visit from Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to Axios, Netanyahu is scheduled to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump early next week. The main reason for Netanyahu’s visit is the recent implementation of new tariffs by Trump.
President Trump had announced additional tariffs for several countries, setting it at 17% for Israel. CNN reported that Donald Trump had been in discussions with representatives from Vietnam, India, and Israel to negotiate trade agreements that could potentially reduce the tariffs imposed on these countries.
