Trump: Ukraine will be Included in Peace Talks with Russia

President Trump stated that Ukraine will be present at any peace negotiations with Russia. He also emphasized the need for Russia to return to the G7 summit.
Donald Trump, the President of the United States, made these remarks at the White House.
He mentioned that Ukraine would participate in any peace negotiations with Russia, expressing his trust in Russian leader Putin’s desire for peace.
“RUSSIA SHOULD RETURN TO G7”
Regarding Russia, he stated, “We would really like them to return to the G7. It was a mistake to exclude them from the group.”
Trump also expressed his intention to conduct conferences on defense spending with Russia and China.
On the topic of nuclear weapon production, Trump made a statement saying, “There is no reason for that.”
Furthermore, he stated that they could reduce defense spending by half.
“WE WANT A FAIR PLAYING FIELD”
Trump also addressed the Customs Tariff decree in his remarks.
He mentioned that shipping goods through another country to avoid customs taxes would not be tolerated, stating, “Our allies are more blinded than our enemies when it comes to tariffs.”
Trump added, “Other countries can reduce or eliminate tariffs. The EU has lowered the extra tariff rate to 2.5%. This is a significant win. Reciprocal tariff application will restore justice. We want a fair playing field.”
He also mentioned that these tariff rates would apply not only to steel but also to cars and pharmaceuticals.
