Apple announced the renewal of the basic iPad model through an announcement on its official website. The 11-inch iPad (A16) will be available for sale in Turkey on March 12, 2025.

Tech giant Apple introduced the 11th generation iPad model. The biggest update made was that the device now uses Apple’s A16 Bionic chip instead of the A14 chip. The A16 chip will allow the iPad to make quick transitions between applications and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with higher performance. SCREEN AND DESIGN The screen size which was 10.9 inches in the previous generation has been slightly increased to 11 inches. The new iPad will come with an 11-inch Liquid Retina display. Equipped with a wide color gamut and True Tone technology, the screen offers vibrant and clear images. The slim and lightweight frame that facilitates the portability of the device has also been preserved in the new generation. CAMERA AND MULTIMEDIA There was no update in the camera department for the 11-inch iPad. The 12 MP wide-angle rear camera and the 12 MP selfie camera on the front that we knew from the previous generation will continue to be used in the 11th generation. STORAGE AND CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS The new iPad 11-inch (A16) offers three different options with storage space of 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB. The memory, which was 64 GB in the previous generation, has increased to at least two times. The device, which has been upgraded from Bluetooth version 5.2 to 5.3, will start using the Smart HDR feature instead of HDR 3 on the front and rear cameras. The 11-inch iPad has a USB-C port and Wi-Fi 6 technology. ECOSYSTEM SUPPORT Accessories such as Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard will work seamlessly with the iPad. Thus, users can write or draw with a digital pen on their tablets, or use a keyboard to use it as a mini computer. How much will the Apple iPad 11-inch (A16) cost in Turkey in 2025? The starting price for the renewed 11th generation iPad has been set at 16,999 TL. The device, which is currently available for pre-order, will be available for general sale on March 12.
